    Product Description

Indulge in a pure, expressive sparkling wine with Philippe Gonet 3210 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs. Founded in 1830 and located in the heart of Le Mesnil sur Oger, Champagne Philippe Gonet is built on seven generations of winemaking expertise. The family manages 20 hectares of vineyards spread across 35 plots in eight different villages, working the soil with no insecticides or herbicides and using biofertilizers. Certified HVE3 and VDC, their vines benefit from a legendary limestone subsoil rich in fossils that formed over 100 million years ago, creating a hallmark style that combines minerality and pleasure.

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs is a blend of 70% old aged wine and 30% reserve wine, bottled in May. The fruit is sourced equally (50% each) from Montgueux (Cru de l'Aube) and Le Mesnil sur Oger. Aged in stainless steel and kept on the lees for three years, this 12% ABV extra brut Champagne is finished with a 0g/L dosage. The name "3210" represents its defining characteristics: 3 years on lees, 2 terroirs, 1 grape variety (Chardonnay), and 0 dosage.

This acclaimed Champagne, awarded 92/100 by Wine Spectator, 90/100 by Robert Parker, and 1 star in the Guide Hachette 2024, is featured in iconic restaurants such as Le Bernardin in New York as well as L'Arpege and La Grande Cascade in Paris. Highly versatile at the table, it pairs exquisitely with oysters, seafood, foie gras terrine, goat cheese, tomato pie, and even steak and French fries.
