Scharffenberger Brut Excellence

Scharffenberger Brut Excellence Sparkling Wine is made in the Champagne Method from Anderson Valley, California. It is primarily Pinot Noir (two-thirds), with Chardonnay (one-third) for balance and depth.

Made with 100% malolactic fermentation and aged about two years on the lees, it offers a fruit-forward yet creamy style with classic toasty complexity.

At 12% alcohol by volume (ABV), it's well-suited for celebrations, aperitifs, or pairing with light dishes. Best for drinkers who enjoy classic sparkling wines with body and subtle richness.

Aroma: Cherry and plum with tropical notes of lychee and mango, followed by vanilla cream.

Palate: Round and flavourful, with red fruit, soft tropical notes, and a creamy texture.

Finish: Lingering notes of fresh bread, pastry, caramel, and hazelnut.
