From nearly a half-hectare of old vines aged between 50-70 years in three separate parcels in Bâtard. Rich, mouthfilling and decadent, this enters the palate with saturated gobs of yellow orchard fruits, stony, smoky minerals and an unctious touch of warmed butter. Flat out delicious now but it has a glorious future ahead.
