95 points The Wine Independent:
"The 2019 d’Armailhac has a deep garnet color, with a touch of purple. It gallops out with open-knit, flamboyant scents of black cherries, blueberry compote, and mocha, followed by wafts of blackcurrants, chocolate box, and vanilla pods. The medium-bodied palate is chock-full of wonderfully plush, textured black fruit preserve layers, lift by a refreshing line, and finishing oh-so-decadently.

VINTAGE NOTE: The 2019 vintage for Pauillac was a roaring success and largely delivered huge quality across the board making it one of the most consistent Bordeaux appellations that year.
