Doisy Vedrines has always been a favorite of mine. Sweet, unctuous and dripping with flavors of exotic dried tropical fruits, peach, mango, pineapple and candied apricot, with dried citrus peels, honey and waxy honeycomb (from the botrytis) and even ginger notes.
