TASTING NOTES: Aromas of roasted agave, lemon peel, sweet potato and cinnamon. Deceivingly smooth on the palate with flavors of rosemary and orange zest, notes of white pepper, and a touch of dulce de leche. This is the one that really gets better the more you sip it! 40% Alcohol (80 proof).

"The nose is immediately enveloping, with notes of fresh lemon juice, white pepper, and a hint of cinnamon. The palate feels impossibly gentle, allowing notes of milk chocolate and cinnamon to roll across the tongue. While it seems impossibly easygoing at first, it becomes even more so as it develops in the glass, later evoking nutmeg, grains of paradise, and a gently earthy note. It’s the easy front runner for my #1 tequila of the year, and one of the best blancos I’ve ever encountered. Get it." - Christopher Null, Drinkhacker
