NOTES: A piercing bouquet of ripe apple, wine poached pear, sweet churned butter, marzipan/dried almond and a heavenly thread of stony-mineral notes. Back notes follow through with fine whisps of citrus flower, butter, and lightly grilled bread. Its vibrant acidity and delightful mineral structure brings out the purity and freshness on the finish. Delicious.- Keith
